Our Mission

We believe that the core strength of a restaurant brand is the passion and authenticity of its founders. Our founders remain focused on the quality of the food and the hospitality of each and every guest interaction. It is our mission to build the operating platform that allows founders to maintain that level of engagement at a larger size and scale.

Our Values

The launch of Founders Table brings together four like-minded, rapid-growth restaurant brands. Chopt, Dos Toros, FIELDTRIP and Sweet Chick focus on the freshest flavors, responsibly-sourced ingredients, and creative menu development. Each company’s culture is built around the values of founders who saw a need for something different in their respective markets.
